Farm Credit East’s scholarship program supports students with diverse career aspirations in agriculture, commercial fishing, forest products and related fields from across the association’s eight-state territory.

Farm Credit East Announces Record Distribution of Patronage Dividends

Farm Credit East, ACA, the Northeast’s largest agricultural lending cooperative, announced its distribution of $120 million in cash patronage dividends to 12,500 farm, fishing and forestry business owners and operators across the Northeast. In addition, the board approved a special one-time patronage distribution based on 2023’s outstanding financial results, for a total of $130 million of earnings returned to customer-owners.

Farm Credit System Reports 2023 Second Quarter and Six-Month Net Income

The Farm Credit System today reported that combined net income decreased 1.4% to $1.78 billion and 1.7% to $3.51 billion for the three and six months ended June 30, 2023, as compared with net income of $1.81 billion and $3.57 billion for the same periods of the prior year.
