There are a number of grants and incentives available for Northeast agriculture businesses but learning about their availability and navigating the application can be a challenge. To help with this process, Farm Credit East recently released a report identifying federal, regional and state grants, loan guarantees, and other incentives available to assist Northeast producers.

Farm Credit East, recently awarded $68,000 in higher education scholarships to 40 student recipients. Farm Credit East’s scholarship program supports students with diverse career aspirations in agriculture, commercial fishing, forest products and related fields from across the association’s eight-state territory, including four diversity candidate recipients.

Farm Credit East is currently seeking creative images of modern Northeast agriculture, commercial fishing and forest products to fill the pages of its 2024 Agricultural Views calendar. Upload your picturesque images from the farm, woods or dock at FarmCreditEast.com/Calendar by July 31 for a chance to win $100.
