The Farm Credit Northeast AgEnhancement Program, a joint initiative of Farm Credit East and CoBank, recently awarded $120,000 in grant funding to 25 organizations working to strengthen agriculture, forestry and commercial fishing across the Northeast. 

Farm Credit East has released an updated report to help Northeast producers identify grants and incentives. There are a number of funding opportunities available to assist Northeast agriculture businesses, but learning about their availability and navigating the application process can be a challenge. This report provides federal, regional and state grants, loan guarantees, and other incentives available to assist Northeast producers of all types and sizes. 

In conjunction with National Farmers Market Week, Farm Credit East is announcing its recent awarding of $92,000 in small grants to 175 farmers markets and farmers market organizations across the Northeast.
