Farm Credit East, in compliance with the CALIFORNIA CONSUMER PRIVACY ACT OF 2018 (THE “CCPA”), provides California Consumers the right to make certain requests under the law. You should note that FARM CREDIT EAST DOES NOT SELL PERSONAL INFORMATION. If you would like to make a request under the CCPA, please fill out the form below.

You may make a request for yourself as the consumer, or on behalf of another person as their parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 13 without the consent of their parents or guardian.

Make a Request on Behalf of a Child/Dependent

You may make a request on behalf of a minor under the age of 13 years or dependent in your care. Please note, you must visit a branch after you submit your request to confirm you are authorized to file on behalf of this consumer. The request will not be processed until this step is complete.
