Rosie is a consulting analyst based in central Pennsylvania. She has a degree in animal science with a focus on business management from Penn State University. After college, she worked as an assistant herd manager for a large dairy. In 2008, she started her career as an analyst with Farm Credit, focusing on cash flow planning and benchmarking. She provides essential support for data collection, financial analysis, budgets and herd metrics to the Farm Credit East consulting team.

Outside of Farm Credit, Rosie owns and operates a 75-cow dairy with her parents and brothers. She currently serves as the president of the Pennsylvania Holstein Association. She has a passion for the dairy industry and enjoys working with youth to help them learn more about it.
