Cooperative Involvement

As a cooperative owned by our customers, customer involvement is key to Farm Credit East’s long-term success. We utilize a number of avenues to engage customers and capture their ongoing feedback to ensure the cooperative continues to evolve in the best interest of customer-owners. 

Customer Meetings

All customers are invited to various meetings throughout the year to stay informed about the cooperative and provide invaluable feedback. This includes business meetings and an annual meeting held in March to provide a cooperative update, summer social gatherings to show our appreciation for our customer-owners and occasionally a fall forum to provide value-added insights to help our members be successful.
