All New York State employers were required to adopt a sexual harassment policy meeting specific criteria by October 9, 2018. By October 2019, employers will also be required to provide sexual harassment training for all employees. This webinar discussed the new law, the model NYS sexual harassment policy, and the options employers have for this training.
Elizabeth Dribusch, General Counsel with the New York Farm Bureau, and Richard Stup, Agricultural Workforce Specialist with Cornell's College of Agriculture and Life Sciences, presented this webinar.
