Changes to Sexual Harassment Laws in New York

New York's sexual harassment laws have recently undergone several important changes that all New York employers should pay attention to. To help New York employers understand these laws, New York Farm Bureau and Cornell’s Ag Workforce Development partnered with Farm Credit East to host a webinar on New York’s new law on preventing sexual harassment in the workplace. Employers must already have a policy meeting specific criteria in place, as well as provide training for all employees by October 2019.  This webinar will discussed the new law, the model NYS sexual harassment policy and the options employers have for this training.

Elizabeth Dribusch, General Counsel with the New York Farm Bureau, and Richard Stup, Agricultural Workforce Specialist with Cornell's College of Agriculture and Life Sciences, presented this free webinar.
