Farm Credit East is now accepting applications for its Food Access Infrastructure Initiative Grant. This initiative provides organizations with grants of up to $50,00 as they work to improve food security in the Northeast. The deadline to apply is November 10, 2026.

Farm Credit East has announced its awarding of 16 scholarships to students involved in The National Future Farmers of America (FFA) Organization to support their Supervised Agricultural Experience (SAE). Reminder: Fall Crop Sales Closing Deadline is September 30

The deadline to insure fall crops in the Northeast for the 2027 crop year is September 30, 2026. Insurable fall crops include barley, forage production and wheat. Coverage availability varies by county.
