Farm Credit East Presents Webinar: 2026 Green Industry Economic Outlook

ENFIELD, CONN. — Northeast green industry growers are invited to participate in a free Farm Credit East webinar taking place on Monday, February 23 at 12:00 noon. This webinar will provide economic projections for the coming year for the green industry, including nursery, landscaping and greenhouse industries.

During this webinar, Dr. Charlie Hall, of Texas A&M University, will review the green industry's operational and financial performance in 2025 and provide an outlook for 2026. Topics include the growth pattern of the economy, supply chain, labor availability, input cost increases, inflationary pressures and consumer spending. Charlie will close with his recession forecast and specify strategic responses for all green industry participants to consider under a period of heightened uncertainty.
