Farm Credit East announced today the Farm Credit East Cares Community Fund donated $110,000 to various charitable organizations throughout the Northeast. This included $40,000 distributed to regional food banks throughout the eight states Farm Credit East serves.

Farm Credit East recently announced the opening of nominations for the 2025 Lipinski Rural Initiatives Award, which aims to recognize innovative and transformational efforts to revitalize Northeast rural communities. Nominations are due by January 31, 2025. 

The Farm Credit System today reported that combined net income was relatively stable at $1.98 billion for the third quarter of 2024, as compared with $2.00 billion for the third quarter of 2023.
